UKSG Annual General Meeting 2025

The 2025 Annual General Meeting of UKSG was held virtually on Monday 17th March 2025, 3pm GMT and papers sent to all Authorised Representatives and Main Contacts in advance.  A formal pre-notice of the AGM and agenda was mailed to member representatives.

The form for assigning an Authorised Representative for your organisation who is entitled to vote is here.   If you are the Authorised Representative and cannot attend, you can send someone else (a Proxy) by completing this form.

Elections

The elections take place as vacancies appear on our Board as Trustees reach the end of their terms.
