NASIG Conference cancelled

3 April 2020

The NASIG Executive Board has made the difficult decision to cancel the 35th Annual NASIG Conference due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The possible risks to the health and safety of members, as well as the current environment of travel restrictions, have made it impossible to proceed with the meeting as scheduled.

NASIG will plan to offer an online conference this summer. The board is still exploring the best format for this event, and will be in contact with speakers, sponsors, and the broader membership in the coming weeks with more information.

Those registered for the conference will hear from NASIG soon regarding refunds. The plan is to honour all of this year’s NASIG award winners at the 36th Annual Conference to be held 17-20 May 2021 in Madison, WI.

NASIG has also announced that the 2024 conference will be held at the Davenport Grand Hotel in Spokane, WA. This rescheduling has allowed the board to cancel this year’s conference without financial penalty.

The membership is thanked for their understanding during these challenging times. Any questions or concerns should be addressed to the board at info@nasig.org
