Pricing and other details are now available for all of Project MUSE’s 2020 book collections. By the end of the next calendar year, MUSE will host over 63,000 titles from more than 120 publishers. The 2020 Complete Collection will offer nearly 3,000 newly-published humanities and social science titles. Recently-announced additions to the list of publishers making their books available on the MUSE platform include Harvard University Asia Center Publications Program, Presses de l’Université Laval, University of Rochester Press, and University of Tampa Press.
18 journals joining MUSE collections
Titles in religious studies, classics, area studies, regional history, family studies, cultural studies will join the MUSE journal collections for 2020. The complete list of new titles is now available.
Open access publisher partnerships
With the assistance of the MUSE Open grant from the Mellon foundation, MUSE launched a new initiative in 2018 with the aim of ensuring that open access monographs were broadly shared, highly discoverable and richly linked. In addition to hundreds of OA books from university press partners, Project MUSE now hosts content from these open-access-only publishers:
