Thank you to everyone who came to #UKSG2023 with such enthusiasm, the buzz in the meeting rooms and exhibition was evident. If you have received the delegate or exhibitor survey, please do complete it as we read every one – it will help for planning #UKSG2024 which will be back in Glasgow. (#UKSG2025 will be in Brighton, fingers crossed we have better luck than in 2020!). We will be back to normal timings going forward – no crashing weekends, Easter or school holidays as far as we can manage.
Thank you especially to Christopher Cipkin, Royal Holloway for the stunning organ recital – we were honoured that the Kelvingrove gave him permission to play.
All food left over from the conference each day was donated to FareShare, and we had some left over flasks and mugs from Cambridge University Press and Morressier – these were given to a local homeless shelter. We recycled as much as we could from items left over from the exhibition, but it would be worth reviewing what you send as exhibitors for 2024.
You can see the official photographs here: https://bit.ly/3L6wo1I – feel free to use and re-use as you need. We are working through the amazing photographs from the app and will be posting them – we have some very talented delegates!
See you in Glasgow next year!
