Alison Ambi, a faculty member at Memorial University of Newfoundland’s QEII Library, is conducting a research project called 'Does library data want to be free?'. The purpose of the study is to investigate current practices and attitudes towards open sharing of data about libraries’ operations.
She is inviting library workers to participate in an online survey, answering questions about data sharing practices at their libraries and giving opinions about sharing data about libraries. Participation will take about 15 minutes, and respondents are welcome to skip questions they do not wish to answer.
