Two new 'Insights' articles are now available: Dominic Walker provides an overview of the multiple, and often unacknowledged, ways in which librarians contribute to research environments; and Scott Taylor outlines recent exploratory steps the University of Manchester Library has taken to convince researchers to take OA research outputs to non-academic audiences.
