To support the essential work of librarians and their patrons at this time, SAGE has taken a number of actions:
- offering complimentary, 90-day access to most-requested online teaching and learning resources: SAGE Video, SAGE Research Methods Video and SAGE Knowledge Books & Reference*
- providing user guides, manuals, and tips for remote access to SAGE resources as well as online access to SAGE Journals for print-only subscribers
- extending free access to e-books/e-textbooks and courseware access for instructors:
- sharing free-to-access research and data related to COVID-19 and its impact:
- medical research
- a curated collection of both medical and social and behavioural science related to the virus and more broadly on managing pandemics
- fast tracking new research submitted to journals related to the current situation and publishing it open access while waiving APCs
More information can be found on the SAGE remote learning solutions page.
*Access will be set up upon request by IP address. SAGE has had requests to make resources open without sign-up but is restricted in doing so due to licensing agreements with third party content providers.
