EBSCO is working closely with publishers regarding changes to their operations due to COVID-19 and provide a summary on the EBSCO website. Additional information on how EBSCO are providing print support at this time is also available.

For customers who have a print-preferred Approval Plan, EBSCO can help temporarily adjust the profile to e-preferred, delivering the e-book and holding the print shipment until the customer is ready to receive print books. Customers can set up an eApproval plan to automatically receive e-books as they become available. EBSCO can help identify matching e-books for print titles, print reserves and reading lists and ensure e-books orders are processed quickly.

Subscription Management System, JETS customers
EBSCO is ready to support the needs of those receiving shelf-ready print journals where they cannot be accepted. This may include EBSCO holding shipments and storing these journals for a period of time until they can be accepted. Contact your EBSCO journal services representative to make appropriate accommodations.
