- Michigan University Press: Fulcrum
Next steps – how librarians and library users can take part
The next stage of the process is to validate the user experience for each of these publishers through a series of short 15 min telephone interviews with librarians and their library users. Those interested in taking part in this research should register interest by Friday 22 November 2019. Interviews will take place between 25 November – 6 December 2019.
Confidentiality
This research will be conducted by OpenAthens, abiding by the Market Research Society Code of Conduct and recording interviews for later analysis. Data will be kept for up to a year and will then be deleted. Personal information will be processed as described in OpenAthens' privacy notice. Feedback will be anonymised before it is passed to the panel of judges and relevant publisher(s) so they can continue to make improvements to their services.
